One injured in two-vehicle crash in Cass County Thursday afternoon

CASS COUNTY, Mich. – One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Cassopolis Road and Old 205 Thursday afternoon, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office reported.

Emergency personnel responded to the scene just after 3:44 p.m.

According to the investigation, one driver allegedly didn’t yield to an approaching vehicle when the crash occurred.

The driver of the second vehicle was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Both drivers were wearing seatbelts.

Alcohol and drugs are not suspected at this time.

This is an ongoing investigation.
