One person injured in house fire

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -
One person suffered injuries in a fire at a home in the 800 block of Rinehart Place on Friday.
The Elkhart Fire Department was called to the home around 1:20 p.m.
One person was taken from the home and taken to Elkhart General Hospital, according to our reporting partners at The Elkhart Truth.
