One person killed in accident on Bremen Highway

One man is dead after a serious accident in St. Joseph County.
According to St. Joseph County dispatch, it happened around 4:00 a.m. on Bremen Highway just south of the US 20 bypass.
Icy conditions have been reported along and near US 20.
Crews shutdown Bremen Highway between Jackson Road and Kern Road for several hours, but it has since been reopened.
The victim has been identified as Craig Tisdell Sr. of Mishawaka.
St. Joseph County Police say speed and road conditions were factors in the accident.
