One person shot near Colfax and LaPorte in South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- According to police, one person was shot in South Bend on Monday night.
Police say they received a call at 9:07 p.m.
One person was shot near Colfax and LaPorte Avenue and taken to Memorial Hospital.
Police are continuing to investigate the situation.
