“It’s a natural balance, I know that this world has its ups and downs and this is just a crisis right now. We are in a deep depression.”

Around 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, South Bend Police responded to a fatal shooting near a business on Olive Street.

Johnson said, “I could have been walking down that street and got shot. They don’t know where that bullet was going to go.”
