SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend's Operation ReLeaf is about to get underway.
The program kicks off Nov. 5. That is when residents will no longer have to call for a pick-up. Crews will work their way around the city.
All residents are asked to rake leaves to the curb-line and to keep sticks, trash and other debris out of leaf piles.
Free paper bags are available at the city's street department and parks and recreation office.
