Osceola bar owner and neighbors speak out about a deadly car accident

OSCEOLA, Ind. -- An Osceola bar owner and neighbors are speaking out about a deadly car accident that happened over the weekend.
On Saturday night, a car hit and killed 50-year-old Cynthia Cataldo as she walked across Lincolnway West.
We talked to a number of people who believe the accident could have been prevented.
Police are saying that the driver did not cause this accident.
