OWI arrest sends man to Elkhart County Jail

ELKHART, Ind.-- A Michigan man is in the Elkhart County Jail after police say he was drunk and crashed into a tree early Saturday morning.
Officers say 23-year-old Andrew Bratton blew a .15 and is now behind bars on OWI charges.
Police say he missed a curve on County Road 18 and went off the road, slamming into a tree.
A passenger was taken to Goshen Hospital but has been released.
