BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. – The Orchards Mall in Benton Township has suffered a downward spiral that has spanned nearly two decades.
The property has dealt with its fair share of issues over the years, including floods, vandals, and dead seagulls.
However, things could soon be looking up for the 625-thousand square foot complex. Owners of the property are now working to find solutions to the issues plaguing the mall.
