Paperwork approved to recall Benton Harbor mayor

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- Activists are one step to recalling Benton Harbor's mayor.
Paperwork has been approved that could put Mayor James Hightower back on the ballot.
The person who filed was Dennis Knowles, one of the two commissioners who people have tried to recall but their paperwork was denied.
Activists must still get more than 400 signatures before Hightower can be put on the ballot.
