Paraglider hospitalized after crash

The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department responded to a paragliding accident Friday near County Road 9 in Nappanee.
Deputies say the paraglider crashed into a cornfield just west of the 70000 block of County Road 9.
29-year-old Seth Hochstetler of Nappanee was found about 100 yards inside of the cornfield.
Police say he suffered back injuries as a result of the crash.
He was flown to South Bend Memorial Hospital for his injuries by helicopter.
The crash is still under investigation.
