Parking garages under new management in Downtown South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- You may notice some changes soon at South Bend's parking garages.
Downtown South Bend, or DTSB, has officially taken over the management of the garages.
Up until this week, they were managed by Ampco Parking Systems.
DTSB said they do plan some changes, including enhanced signage, safety escorts, and they plan to staff the garages 24-hours a day.
