Part of Corby Street closed for SR 23 work

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Navigating one of South Bend's most confusing intersections just got a little more confusing on Monday after Indiana Department of Transportation closed down part of Corby Street on Monday.
It was closed between Eddy and Arthur Streets. The road closure is in place so crews can build new storm sewers.
Crews are currently redesigning S.R. 23.
