Participate in the Elkhart Civic Theatre Youth Theatre Camps
Photo courtesy: The Elkhart Civic Theatre ELKHART, Ind. – Students from 8-years-old through 18-years-old can participate in Elkhart Civic Theatre’s Michael Cripe Studio Camps that run from June 14th through the 25th.
Camps will meet Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. through noon, giving students an opportunity to learn and gain confidence in performing and other aspects of theatre.
The event will have two different types of camps, the Storytellers’ Theatre which is tailed for young actors, and the Music Theatre Fast Track which is for older students to challenge them in the theatre experience.
Performances will be held June 25th and 26th from 7 p.m. and at 3 p.m. on June 26th.
The theatre will also be offering one-week intensive classes in scriptwriting, special effects makeup, and Broadway-bound song and dance.
The cost for either camp is $120 for the first camper and $110 per additional campers.
