Parts of I-94 and I-65 closed

The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) has closed I-94 in both directions between the Illinois state line and the Michigan City exit.
I-65 is closed in both directions between U.S. 12/20 (Gary) and mile marker 172 (Lafayette).
The roads are closed because the weather has made some areas of the ramps impassable.
INDOT road crews are still plowing the roads, but they are unable to stay ahead of the storm.
