SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Downtown South Bend is celebrating May First Fridays with pedals and petals – an ode to cycling and nature. 

The event will feature several bicycle-themed events, such as a bicycle parade, special valet parking and safety demonstrations. 

South Bend is also welcoming warmer weather with a plant sale and swap on The Gridiron, flower craft activities and arrangement classes. 

The First Fridays Block Party will also be returning to the 200 block of S. Michigan Street for its 4th year starting at 6:00 p.m. with a performance from IUSB’s Kickline.
