Peddlers Village Road entering second construction phase

City of Goshen GOSHEN, Ind. -- Reliance Road and Peddlers Village Road to the east are now reopen.
Peddlers Village Road to the west is now entering the construction phase.
Plans are expected to be completed by the end of construction season.
