Pete Buttigieg sworn in as secretary of transportation

Former South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg was sworn in as secretary of transportation on Wednesday morning.
He was sworn in by Vice President Kamala Harris around 9:30 a.m.
The Senate confirmed Buttigieg Tuesday afternoon.
