MILFORD, Ind. -- There’s been a barrage of different photos and videos coming out of the Milford community after the FBI and Indiana State Police emergency response team executed a search warrant at 508 W First Street.

They were assisted by immigration and customs enforcement (ICE), along with other agencies.

‘Utter chaos’ was how one Milford resident described the scene after hearing loud yelling and seeing bright lights, which brought him outside of his house, only to be greeted by one of the suspects running towards him.

“They were already on the megaphone yelling at somebody, and I turned around and the other gentleman had been running straight at me,” the Milford resident said. “He went through my backyard, hopped the fence back here, and took off through the woods.”

It was 19-year-old Winyerber Acosta this neighbor had the run-in with.

Acosta was allegedly fleeing a residence on west first street, on foot, but was located 2 hours later and taken into custody.

Both men were arrested with outstanding warrants, Acosta for aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon out of Cook County, Illinois, and Pedrosa for bank burglary and bank theft out of Berwyn, Illinois.

Acosta is behind bars at Kosciusko County jail, and Pedrosa is held at St. Joseph County jail.

ABC57 confirmed ICE assisted in Friday's raid and had several immigration warrants but it's unclear how many.
