Groundbreaking for phase two of ’The Cascade’
PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- Neighbors came together for a community work day on Saturday to clean up Plymouth and Marshall County after last month's historic flooding.
From 9 a.m. until 2 p.m., volunteers cleaned houses, businesses and parks damaged from flooding at four work sites across the county.
Plymouth mayor, Mark Senter, interviewed with ABC57 during the event's registration. He became emotional when speaking about how his community has come together in the flooding aftermath.
