Plymouth man arrested on sexual misconduct charges

PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- A Plymouth man is locked up in the Marshall County Jail accused of having sex with a teenager.
Police arrested 26-year-old Brock Biddle on sexual misconduct charges.
A 15-year-old girl claims she had sex with Biddle back in March.
