Police arrest 13 at house party

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- More than a dozen people were locked up over the weekend.
Police busted a house party. Thirteen people were arrested at the home on Douglas Road near Osceola early Sunday morning.
Ten minors were caught drinking alcohol. The homeowner and two others were arrested for allowing those kids to drink.
