Police arrest naked man at downtown South Bend parking garage

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A naked man who was touching himself in a downtown parking garage was arrested on a preliminary charge of indecent exposure Wednesday morning, according to South Bend Police.
A Downtown South Bend ambassador spotted the naked man in the Wayne Street parking garage stairwell and contacted police, police said.
The officer who responded witnessed the naked man touching himself, according to police.
The suspect, Justice Kiama, was taken into custody.
