Police asking for help identifying 'scoundrel'

Michigan City Police are asking for the public's assistance in identifying a man pictured in surveillance photos.

When posting the photos to their Facebook page, they requested help identifying the 'scoundrel' who is suspected of being involved in a couple theft incidents at Menards.
