Police asking for help identifying suspects in fraud investigation

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The St. Joseph County Police Department is asking for the public's help identifying people spotted in surveillance photos in connection with a fraud investigation.
Police said the male and female in the photos are suspects in fraudulent transactions.
