Police investigate reports of shots fired at Washington Gardens

ELKHART, Ind. – Elkhart Police are investigating reports of shots fired at Washington Gardens.
Police were called to Washington Gardens around 5:15 a.m. Saturday for reports of gunshots.
When officers arrived, they located shattered glass and spent shell casings in the 1300 block of Delaware Street.
There was no damage to apartments or vehicles reported at that time.
The case remains under investigation.
