Police investigating armed robbery at Village Pantry
The Warsaw Police Department is investigating an armed robbery at the Village Pantry on Buffalo Street.
The robbery happened Sunday just after 1 a.m.
The suspect entered the store wearing a ski mask, white gloves and a gray hoodie and carrying an orange bag.
The suspect showed a handgun and demanded money from the cash register.
The clerk placed the money in the suspect's bag and the suspect fled the store.
Warsaw Police, the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department and Winona Lake Police searched the area but could not locate the suspect.
The suspect was described as a white male, approximately 5’7” in height, and thin build, wearing a black ski mask, white gloves, gray hoodie, tan pants, and black shoes.
