Police investigating early morning shooting

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – The Saint Joseph County Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened on Pine Road Friday morning.
Police say a wheelchair bound south bend man shot his caretaker early Friday morning in his home in the 56000 block of Pine Road.
They found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg.
She was transported to the hospital.
