MISHAWAKA, Ind. – Mishawaka Police are investigating reports of shots fired along with a car crash on Main Street.
Police were called to the 700 block of Main Street near Mishawaka Avenue for reports of shots fired at 3:35 a.m.
According to police, the victims were shot at the 7-Eleven parking lot. After the shooting, the victims headed north when they crashed, reports said..
Police arrived on scene and discovered approximately more than 10 spent shell casing laying in the parking lot near the gas pumps, according to a press release.
Two people were transported to the hospital. One victim is serious but stable and the other has a non-life threatening injury.
According to police, the suspect is still on the loose. There is no description of the suspect.
