Police investigating shooting in northwest South Bend

At least one person was injured in the shooting. The call came in around 1:42 p.m.
According to police, the victim was walking when someone opened fire.
The victim sustained non life-threatening injuries and transported to Memorial Hospital immediately.
It is not clear if a suspect has been identified.
The investigation in ongoing.
