Police investigating shooting on N. Adams Street

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend Police are investigating a shooting that happened Sunday afternoon on Adams Street.
Police were called to the 1100 block of N. Adams around 4:30 p.m. and located one person who had been shot.
The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment.
