What’s going on with the village government in Vandalia, Michigan?
SOUTH BEND, In. - South Bend police are looking for a gunman, after man was shot early Monday morning.
Just before 2:30 A.M., police got a call about a man getting shot in the neck on Monroe Circle just behind Four Winds Field.
He is now recovering at Memorial Hospital.
Less than half an hour after that, police responded to a shots fired call a few miles down the road -- on the corner of Arthur and Bissell streets.
Police say they found several casings on the road.
But no one was hurt and they have no idea who fired the gun.
Both scenes cleared out quickly.
