Police: N.J. mom decapitates son, kills self

CAMDEN, N.J. -- It's a shocking and sickening story out of New Jersey.
A 2-year-old is dead after police say his own mother decapitated him.
Police say 33-year-old Chevonne Thomas slit her own throat after stabbing her son multiple times decapitating him, and then placed the toddler's his head in the freezer.
Sources say police believe Thomas smoked marijuana, laced with PCP, before committing the gruesome crime.
A neighbor also said she saw Thomas topless outside.
