SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The chances of drivers getting pulled over by an officer just went up.
One of the new plans being put in place to tackle South Bend's growing crime problem is a new policy. Every officer on patrol has to pull at least one person over during their shift.
Officials hope this move will make people more aware of police presence.
