Police pursue vehicle stolen by five suspects in Cass County

CASS COUNTY, Mich. -- Cass County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a police pursuit of a stolen vehicle in Howard Township around 1:46 a.m. Thursday morning.
The pursuit started when officers with the Niles Police Department responded to a stolen vehicle which led to a chase into Cass County. The pursuit came to an end after the stolen vehicle ran over stop sticks on Dailey Road.
The occupants of the stolen vehicle attempted to flee on foot. Deputies were able to locate and detain five suspects. While on the scene, stolen property was recovered, and deputies confirmed the vehicle was stolen.
Authorities say at least some of the suspects were juveniles.
