Police respond to vehicle fire on US 31

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich.—Police responded to a vehicle fire on U.S. 31 on Tuesday morning.
According to officials, police were called to the southbound lane of U.S. 31 at exit 13 (Snow Road) for a vehicle fire around 7:53 a.m.
The southbound lanes of U.S. 31 were closed while crews investigated. The road reopened just before 9 a.m.
Officials did not say if there were any injuries.
