Police seeking public's help locating man charged in fatal shooting

Elkhart Police Department ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Detectives are looking for information on a man who now has an active arrest warrant for murder.
23-year-old De Shawn Williams is charged in connection to a fatal shooting in Elkhart on September 4, 2022. 42-year-old Anthony Williams was killed in the 2200 block of Vermont Street.
Police believe Williams could be in Michiana or the Chicago area.
