Police still looking for Daniel Pennington

GOSHEN, Ind. — Police are still looking for the man charged in connection with the 2011 death of a Goshen toddler.
Daniel Pennington never showed up for his sentencing. A judge still sentenced him to 23 years in prison on neglect and obstruction charges.
Police say 2-year Mariah Gibson fell out of Pennington's truck and he ran over her.
He pleaded guilty to those charges in April.
