Pope Francis to visit United States

Pope Francis will make his first visit to the United States as Pope next year.
The Pope announced Monday he plans to visit Philadelphia in 2015.
The trip is expected for late September and coincides with the World Meeting of Families.
The world event happens in Philadelphia and focuses on strengthening family bonds.
Only three reigning Popes have visited the United States, with the last visit in 2008.
