Popup afternoon storms continue through midweek

Much needed rain has brought back the humidity, which in turn fuels more showers and storms, a typical summer pattern though midweek. There will be a chance of pop-up showers and storms Wednesday and Thursday afternoon with highs in the mid-80s and muggy nights near 70. The stormy pattern breaks this weekend as will the humidity by Sunday with a cold front Saturday into Sunday. Next week looks like nice summer weather with hights in the low 80s.

Tonight: Partly cloudy, showers ending. Low 68.
Wednesday: Partly cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms. High 85.
Thursday: Partly cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms. High 85.
Friday: Partly cloudy. High 88.
