Potawatomi Conservatories is offering Valentine’s Day Weddings
SOUTH BEND, Ind. --Cue the wedding bells.
The Potawatomi Conservatories are blooming with love and all you need is a marriage license and $50.
“Why not have it here? Why not have it in a warm environment? You don’t have to travel, which saves a lot of money to begin with. Then, the money saving of having a photographer for free here, having an officiant for free here. I thought it would be great for couples,” Potawatomi Conservatories Facilities Director Amy Gamble said.
The Potawatomi Conservatories are hosting an elopement event open to all couples wanting to tie the knot.
There will be giveaways, photo opportunities, and treats from C'est La Vie Cakes for the couples. An officiant is offering her services for free as well.
The conservatories ask that you keep the guest list to four people due to the many couples in attendance.
Couples must bring a valid marriage license from any Indiana county.
According to Gamble, it’s just a quick and easy ten-minute ceremony.
“I think it’s the cost savings. You can’t beat it for having a standard wedding. It's worth coming here for $50 to get it all in one little place,” Gamble said.
She says for anyone whose interested in Wednesday's event to call the conservatory or email them at [email protected].
