Power problems for second Carnival cruise

More trouble at sea for Carnival Cruise Lines after another ship is having power and sewage problems.

Carnival says a generator failure is to blame.

This time the Carnival Dream is docked in St. Maarten in the Caribbean so passengers are actually able to leave the ship.  This is a big change from last month's nightmare on the Carnival Triumph which spent several days at sea without power.

Passengers on the Dream say their situation is much better.

"There were intermittent sessions where we lost a little bit of power in certain parts, but it was very brief, but the elevators are working, we have power, we have air conditioning," said Kris Anderson, Carnival Dream Passenger. "So, it's not a Triumph situation."

Carnival is planning to fly those passengers back to Florida so they can get back to the ship's home port.

Passengers will also get a partial refund and a discount on a future cruise.
