Power returns to most of Lower Manhattan

MANHATTAN -- The power is back on for tens of thousands of people in Lower Manhattan.
The power has been out for much of the area since Monday evening after Superstorm Sandy blew through the east coast.
Residents are thankful and say they now appreciate what they have more than before the storm.
