Protect your plants from frost

MICHIANA -- What can you do to make sure your green thumb doesn't catch frost bite?

ABC57 talked with the nursery manager at Ginger Valley. He says an early frost could hurt your annuals and vegetable plants, like tomatoes and peppers!

Make sure those plants are covered, or if you can, bring your plants inside!

"Your hibiscus and any palms. Those really need to be protected. I would suggest to start to move those inside, if at all possible. If you can't, get them covered because they don't like it, anything below 40,” Dan Freeze, Ginger Valley Nursery Manager.

Don't forget to uncover those plants when the sun comes out.
