Psych test ordered for Niles man accused of murder

NILES, Ind. -- A Niles man accused of murder is ordered to take a psych evaluation to see if he's fit to stand trial.

Keith Lintz, 28, is charged with the murders of John and Carolyn Tarwacki. Police found the couple dead inside their home back in February of 2010.

The defense says Lintz has memory problems and he's prone to blackouts.
