Pulaski County issues correction - no cases of COVID-19 in the county
WINAMAC, Ind. - The Pulaski County Department of Health announced what they believed was their first positive case of COVID-19 will actually be counted as a Starke County case.
After announcing the county's first case, the Pulaski County Health Department learned the patient is a resident of Starke County.
While Pulaski County officials are still involved, the case is counted in Starke.
The patient who tested positive is hospitalized and anyone in contact with them has been notified.
