Pulaski County Council member arrested on multiple charges

PULASKI COUNTY, Ind. -- Pulaski County Council member Brian Young, District 3, has been arrested on two counts of voting outside precinct, theft, perjury and official misconduct.
The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office arrested Young Tuesday afternoon.
Two judges from Pulaski County recused themselves. A judge from La Porte County was appointed special judge in this case.
