ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - Sam Hartman, regarded as the top transfer quarterback during this offseason, will attend Notre Dame next year, according to ESPN.
Hartman announced his decision to join the 2023 Irish team on Twitter Thursday afternoon.
He was previously at Wake Forest, where he is the ACC career leader in touchdown passes with 110 in five seasons
