The warm stretch wraps up today before a cold front moves through, dropping our temperatures significantly heading into the weekend along with more rain this afternoon. A few showers continue to move out of Michiana this morning but once we're dry, we stay that way into the early afternoon. Showers and possibly a few non-severe thunderstorms are expected later on, mainly after 5PM. It'll be breezy with winds gusting up to 25 mph and rain could be heavy at times. Showers continue into tonight but move out a little after midnight, leaving us with dry skies for Saturday - great timing for the Notre Dame football game. We'll be much cooler tomorrow as well with highs topping out in the mid 50's. Rain returns Saturday night which could impact any Halloween weekend plans. Sunday is rainy as well with more cool weather, highs struggle to make it out of the 40's. We should be drier, but still chilly Monday and Tuesday. Our first hard freeze is possible next week around Halloween.
Today: Mostly cloudy, PM rain + few thunderstorms. High 75.
Tonight: Scattered showers early. Low 44.
