Warm and muggy overnight, Showers and storms tomorrow
We have a stretch of quiet day leading into the busy Christmas weekend. You’ll see a good amount of sunshine today with highs well above average. It’ll be breezy at times with gusts near 25-30 mph. The mix of sun and clouds continues tomorrow but a weak cold front knocks our daytime highs into the middle 30s. More clouds move in on Thursday with highs jumping back into the 40s.
A strong low pressure system moves in Thursday night into Friday morning, bringing rain and colder air for Saturday. Roads could become slick Friday night as rain transitions to snow/mix. It’s followed by a cold shot of arctic air that drops highs significantly next week.
Today: Mix of sun and clouds, high of 45. Breezy.
Tonight: Partly cloudy, low of 27.
Wednesday: Partly cloudy, high of 37.
Thursday: Mostly cloudy, highs in the low 40s.
